Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Torri Hoe, Victoria Police say.
The 16-year-old was last seen at a Box Hill address about 4pm today.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her age and a medical condition.
Torri often uses public transport and frequents the Melbourne CBD, Lilydale and Broadmeadows areas.
Investigators have released an image of Torri in the hope that someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
She is described about being about 178cm tall, with a slim build, should-length hair with distinctive red highlights, and a nose piercing.
Anyone who sights Torri or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Doncaster Police Station on 8841 3999.
