Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Heidelberg woman Rachel Jackamarra.
The 36-year-old was last seen on 16 February at hospital on Studley Road in Heildelberg.
Police have concerns for Rachel's welfare as she requires urgent medical treatment.
An image of Rachel has been released in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her whereabouts.
Rachel is Aboroginal in appearance and has a slim build and long dark hair.
Anyone who sees Rachel or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Reservoir Police Station on 9450 8000.
