Search operation: Missing man, Boronia Heights

A search is currently underway for a 53-year-old man reported missing from Boronia Heights.

Senad Mesalic (pictured below) was last seen leaving a Boronia Heights address last night around 5pm in a white Holden Rodeo bearing Queensland registration 366 TDL.

Preliminary investigations indicated that Senad has travelled to the Greenbank area where his car was located just off Thompson Road, near bushland.

A search of the bushland is currently underway with multiple resources including SES.

Senad is described as Middle Eastern, about 184cm tall, slim build, grey hair and green eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, grey shorts and black Nike shoes. He also wears prescription glasses that are depicted in the photo below.

Police and family hold concerns for Senad's welfare as he suffers from a medical condition.

Police are appealing for any member of the public who may know Senad's whereabouts or has any information to contact police.
