Search recommences for missing man Christos

A large-scale search has recommenced for missing man Christos in Dinner Plains on Sunday morning, 15 May.

Police, including members from the mounted branch, search and rescue, airwing and local members, as well as AV, Parks Victoria SES and local volunteers restarted the search early this morning.

The 70-year-old was last seen on Big Muster Drive in Dinner Plain about 2.45pm on Friday, 13 May.

It is believed he went for a walk to see emus reported to be in the area.

Police have been searching the area since Friday in the hope they can locate him.

Christos was last seen wearing a long sleave top, long sleave jumper, pants and crocs.

Police have released an image of Christos and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact 000 or the Wangaratta Police Station on (03) 5723 0888.
