Search underway at Darling Harbour for missing boy

A search is underway for a boy missing at Sydney's Darling Harbour.

Daniel Huxtable, aged 11, was seen on Lime Street, Sydney, about 11am today (Tuesday 10 January 2023).

When he could not be located, officers attached to Sydney City Police Area Command were notified and are conducting a search of the area with the assistance of PolAir.

Family and police hold serious concerns for his welfare as he lives with autism and is non-verbal.

Daniel is described as being of Caucasian appearance, medium build and red hair.

He was last seen wearing a Raiders cap, blue shirt, dark blue shorts, light-up blue sneakers and was carrying a green and blue backpack.
