Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 13-year-old Sebastian Adams.
Sebastian was last seen at a home in Sebastopol on Wednesday 20 November about 6.30pm.
Police and family hold concern for Sebastian due to his age.
He is described as approximately 160cm tall and Caucasian in appearance with an olive complexion, thin build, green eyes and brown hair.
Sebastian was last seen wearing black pants and a black hooded top.
Anyone with information on Sebastian's whereabouts is urged to contact Ballarat Police Station on 03 5336 6000.
