Second arrest for unlawful detention, South Australia

A man will face court tomorrow after being charged with unlawful detention.

On Thursday 26 August, detectives from Major Crime Investigation Branch arrested a 33-year-old Aldinga man for unlawful detention and aggravated assault of a 33-year-old man.

The offence is alleged to have occurred at a premises in Seaford on 15 July 2021.

The man has been charged at the City Watch House and he will appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on Friday 27 August.

On Saturday 21 August, Major Crime detectives arrested a 31-year-old Seaford man in connection with the same offence. He was charged with the unlawful detention and aggravated assault.
