Devonport CIB has charged a second man over an incident in Railton which seriously injured two men, Tasmania Police say.
Devonport CIB is investigating a disturbance in Foster Street, Railton that occurred around 8pm Thursday 17 November.
A 32 year old man from the Mole Creek area has been charged with one count of acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm in relation to the matter.
He will appear in the Devonport Magistrates Court this morning.
