Launceston CIB has this afternoon charged a second woman as part of the ongoing investigation into a robbery at Talbot Street, Fingal, on 26 March.
The 29-year-old Rocherlea woman has been charged with Aggravated Burglary and Aggravated Armed Robbery. She is currently in custody and will appear before an out-of-hours session at the Launceston Magistrates Court at 8pm tonight.
The 30-year-old Rocherlea woman who appeared before the Launceston Magistrates Court this morning was remanded in custody to re-appear on 2 April at 11.30am.
The police investigation is ongoing to identify and locate a third woman involved in the incident, described as mid-20s and of large build.
