Ahead of President Biden's Leaders Summit on Climate, Secretary of State Antony Blinken will deliver a speech on how addressing climate change is central to U.S. foreign policy, and how American leadership on climate can deliver greater security and prosperity for the American people. The speech will take place on Monday, April 19, 2021 at 4:15 p.m. at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation Headquarters in Annapolis, MD.
