Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken spoke today with Djiboutian Foreign Minister Mahmoud Ali Youssouf. The Secretary and Foreign Minister launched policy consultations under the 2022 U.S.-Djibouti Bi-National Forum. Secretary Blinken underscored the importance of the U.S.-Djibouti partnership and thanked Foreign Minister Youssouf for Djibouti's numerous contributions to peace and security in the Horn of Africa.
