Campaspe Shire Council warmly invites all senior community members to a special trip down memory lane at the annual 2025 Seniors Concert, as part of this year's Victorian Seniors Festival running statewide throughout October.

This free event will be held on Wednesday, 29 October at Tongala Shire Hall in Mangan St, from 10am to 2pm.

This year's performance features the supremely entertaining tribute show Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons vs The Beach Boys – sure to get toes tapping as audience members enjoy the fun, fun, fun of feel-good tunes that never grow old and maybe even walk like a man to the dancefloor, where wouldn't it be nice to grab your Ronnie or your Barbara Ann for a spin around the room!

You can step back in time to December, 1963 from 11am with the Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons show, bringing the hits of the 60s to life. Audience members will then be served morning tea (no sherry) during the interval, after which the entertainment will resume with a surfin' safari of good vibrations from the Beach Boys Band.

Campaspe Shire Mayor Cr Daniel Mackrell said the annual seniors' concert was one of Council's most cherished events and offered a chance for seniors to soak up the nostalgic sounds and connect with friends old and new.

"We're proud to celebrate our seniors and the incredible legacy they've built in our community.

"This concert is a fantastic way for seniors to enjoy a fun and social outing while revisiting the music that defined a generation," Cr Mackrell said.

While this event is free for seniors, bookings are essential for catering purposes and are open now via TryBooking at www.trybooking.com/DFAAE until Sunday, 19 October. If you need help with the booking process, please call Council on 1300 666 535 or visit any Council service centre.

"Jump online or visit one of our customer service centres to book your tickets and get ready to join what is sure to be an unforgettable musical experience," Cr Mackrell said.
