Serious concerns for man missing from Sydney's north-west

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's north west.

Eliathamby Veerakkutty, aged 86, was last seen in Baulkham Hills about 7am today (Sunday 4 December 2022).

When Eliathamby could not be located by family members, officers from The Hills Police Area Command were notified and immediately commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Eliathamby's whereabouts as he lives with dementia.

Eliathamby is described as being of Indian Sub-Continental appearance, 160cm tall, medium build, grey hair and clean shaven.

He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue sarong and slippers.

Eliathamby is known to frequent the Baulkham Hills area.
