Police are at the scene of a serious crash just south of Bordertown, in the State's South East.
Emergency services responded to the collision on Naracoorte Road, Bordertown South at 3pm on Sunday 6 January.
The crash scene is at the 70 kilometre marker from Bordertown to Naracoorte.
Naracoorte Road is blocked to all traffic, with vehicles being diverted around the scene via Rowney Road and the Riddoch Highway.
The road is expected to remain closed for several hours.
Major Crash investigators are attending the scene.
