Police are at the scene of a serious crash at Elizabeth East.
About 11.45am, police and emergency services were called to the intersection of Fletcher and Main North Roads after reports that a car had collided with a pedestrian.
The pedestrian was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital in a serious condition.
There are traffic delays in all directions, and please avoid the area if possible.
