Police are at the scene of a crash at the intersection of Bridge and Ayfield Roads at Para Hills West involving a car and motorcycle.
Emergency services were called to the scene about 12pm today (Saturday 15 December) after reports that a Holden Vectra sedan had collided with a man riding a motorcycle. The sedan then left the scene prior to police arrival.
The rider has been taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital in a critical condition.
There are traffic delays in all directions, and please avoid the area if possible.
Police are searching for the 1999 red/maroon Holden Vectra sedan, with South Australian registration of WHE871. Anyone who sees the car is asked to call the Police Assistance Line immediately on 131444.
