Two men have been injured after a crash in Richmond yesterday, NSW Police say.
Just after 5.15pm yesterday, emergency services were called to Blacktown Road, following reports of a crash.
Police have been told a Holden Calais sedan and a Holden Rodeo utility had collided head on.
The driver of the Calais, an 18-year-old man, was trapped for a short time. He was extricated and taken to Westmead Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the Rodeo, a 43-year-old woman, was also treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance and taken to Westmead Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
Officers from the Metropolitan Crash Investigation Unit attended and will investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash, including whether the driver may have suffered a medical episode.
Police are urging anyone with information in relation to the crash to contact police via Crime Stoppers.
