Police are at the scene of a multi-vehicle crash on the Sturt Highway.
About 8.40am on Thursday 13 December, police and emergency services responded to a crash on the Sturt Highway at Wigley Flat involving a truck and three cars.
Two patients are expected to be airlifted to Adelaide with serious injuries.
The crash scene is blocking both lanes of the highway with diversions at Maggea Road to the west and Kingston Road to the east. Please take alternate routes.
