There will be some changes to our opening hours from 24 December 2025 to 5 January 2026.
Customer service centres
Council's customer service centres in Gisborne, Kyneton, Romsey and Woodend will be closed from 12:30pm on Wednesday 24 December.
All offices will reopen on Monday 5 January 2026 at the following times:
- Gisborne: 8.30am
- Kyneton: 8.30am
- Romsey: 9.30am
The Woodend Customer Service Centre will be permanently closed from 1 January 2026.
