Detectives from the Gold Coast Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) have charged a 59-year-old Hope Island man in relation to a sexual assault investigation.
Police will allege the victims were employed as disability support workers for the man between August 2022 and July 2025.
Following investigations, police took the man into custody at his Hope Island residence around 11am yesterday, 13 August.
The man has been charged with two counts of rape and four counts of sexual assaults.
He is due to appear before Southport Magistrates Court today, 14 August.
As part of Operation Xray Lanai, detectives continue to appeal to anyone with information to come forward.
