We are updating our Community Engagement Policy to make it simpler, more inclusive and clearer about how your feedback shapes Council decisions.
To help us do this, we're inviting people with a connection to Monash to take part in a focus group in late February – with these discussions informing our new policy.
Whether you have participated in Council engagement before or it's all new to you, we want to understand what works, what doesn't, and what might be stopping people from getting involved.
Participants will receive a $50 gift card as a thank you for your time and expertise, and your insights will inform how we engage on future projects, policies and initiatives.
The focus group will run for 60–90 minutes at locations across Monash in late February, with translation and accessibility support available if you need it.
