Shot fired into house in Claymore

Police have commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding a public place shooting at Claymore this morning, NSW Police say.

Investigators have been told about 4.35am tomorrow, a single shot was fired from the street into a home on Julian Way.

The two adult occupants and two children who reside in the home were not injured during the incident and police were contacted.

Officers from Macquarie Fields Local Area Command attended and established a crime scene at the location.

It is believed to be a targeted attack.

Police have appealed for anyone with information about the incident to come forward and contact Crime Stoppers.
