Single-vehicle fatal crash south of Grafton

A man has died in a single-vehicle crash near Grafton earlier today.

About 2.30pm (Thursday 22 July 2021), emergency services were called to Armidale Road, Coutts Crossing, about 20km south of Grafton, following reports a white Toyota van left the road and rolled.

The driver and sole occupant, a man believed to be aged in his 40s, died at the scene.

Officers from Coffs/Clarence Police District established a crime scene which is continuing to be examined.

An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash is underway.

A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
