Sir Edward Lister reappointed as Chair of Homes England

Communities Secretary Rt Hon James Brokenshire MP has today (25 June 2019) reappointed Sir Edward Lister as Chair of Homes England, the government's housing accelerator.

The appointment term is for 3 years and follows the completion of Sir Edward Lister's previous 3-year term as Chair of the agency.

Communities Secretary Rt Hon James Brokenshire MP said:

This government is committed to delivering 300,000 homes a year to ensure everyone across the country has access to a decent, affordable, secure place to call home.

Sir Edward has brought his experience, influence and thoughtfulness to bear in helping us to bring real change to the housing market, and so I am delighted to reappoint him as Chair of Homes England.
