Please find attached a media release in relation to The Dempsey Group Pty Ltd v Spotlight Pty Ltd decision of the Federal Court of Australia.
On 18 December 2018 the Federal Court of Australia handed down its decision in finding that Spotlight has infringed the intellectual property rights in three separate artistic works owned by The Dempsey Group (Bed Bath N' Table's parent company).
