Governments must stand by Liberty Bell Bay workers
This is deeply disappointing news for Liberty Bell Bay workers and contractors, their families and the community.
Workers have been living with uncertainty for months and deserve clear answers about what happens next.
The priority must be protecting jobs, supporting workers and securing a future for the site.
Continued support from both the State and Federal Governments will be critical while this process continues and workers remain in limbo.
Northern Tasmania cannot afford another major industrial setback.
