IBAC Deputy Commissioner Stephen Farrow has been appointed IBAC's Interim Commissioner.
Mr Farrow, who has also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Sentencing Advisory Council, will steer the integrity agency for the next six months through the caretaker period and whilst a thorough recruitment process is undertaken to appoint a new permanent Commissioner.
This process will commence following the election.
Mr Farrow's term will begin December 17. We thank outgoing Commissioner Robert Redlich for his service to the Commission and for his work promoting integrity and accountability across the public sector.
