Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Stelios Kalekias.
The 35-year-old is wanted on warrant for failing to appear at court in relation to assault-related offences.
Kalekias is about 175cms tall with an olive complexion, brown eyes and black hair.
It is believed he is actively avoiding police and is known to frequent the Greensborough, Heidelberg, Thomastown, Lalor, Mill Park and Epping areas.
Investigators have released an image of Kalekias in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
