Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Stephen McIlvain.
The 39-year-old is wanted on warrant for breaching a court order.
McIlvain is known to frequent Melton, Sunbury, Caroline Springs, Footscray and Melbourne's CBD.
Investigators have released an image of McIlvain in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
