ADVICE TO THE PUBLIC:
A trough lies through eastern NT and slow moving severe thunderstorms are continuing near it. Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding in the warning area over the next several hours. Locations which may be affected include Avon Downs and Barkly District east of Tennant Creek.
