You might have noticed that your member profile platform, or 'Portfolio', looks different; particularly the 'Profile' section.
We are progressively moving to eHub, which runs on Microsoft Dynamics 365. It will eventually provide you with a 360-degree view of your information and overall journey with RACS. Your online experience will continually improve as we gradually move our legacy applications to modern platforms.
We have outlined a simple five-step process to make sure you are always able to access your profile without any issues.
