Upon arrival, crews found a two-storey residential property fully engulfed in flames.
All occupants had evacuated the building by the time NTFRS crews were on scene, and were assessed by St John NT.
The fire was extinguished around 7am, and the cause of the blaze is being investigated.
Police also attended the scene and anyone with information should call 131 444.

"Upon arrival, the house was fully engulfed, and we were unable to enter the premises.
"Crews from Darwin, Marrara and Berrimah worked defensively to bring the fire under control, and I thank them for efficient response in ensuring it did not spread to the surrounding properties.
"We are seeing an increase in building fires across the Territory, and this is a timely reminder to check that your smoke alarm is in good working order."
