The following statement is in relation to questions to the City of Ballarat about the Sturt Street Bike Path.
The Sturt Street bike path project is being led by Regional Roads Victoria (RRV)with a process of consultation to gauge community views.
Council was briefed by RRV prior to it being made public.
No formal approval is required by Council in relation to the RRV-led project.
