Submit your questions for 2023 Blacktown City Budget Forum

The Mayor of Blacktown City will host a panel of experts to discuss key community issues at the 2023 Blacktown City Budget Forum - and residents are invited to submit the questions they would like answered.

The Forum follows Blacktown City Council's adoption of a draft $787 million budget for the 2023/24 financial year, which is now on public exhibition.

Mayor Tony Bleasdale OAM encouraged Blacktown City residents to submit questions about issues affecting their community, which will be presented to the expert panel at the Forum.

"Council's budget lays a blueprint for the future of Blacktown City and the transformational developments that our residents need as the City experiences significant growth," Mayor Bleasdale said.

"We're getting on with the job, delivering on our commitment to grow local jobs, protect the environment and provide quality services.

"This Budget Forum is a wonderful opportunity to bring together experts in their respective fields to give their insights on the future of our City.

"We invite residents to get involved in the conversation by submitting questions and sharing their thoughts on what they would like to see for their City."

The Budget Forum will be available for the public to view on Blacktown City Council's social media channels in early June.

Submit your questions to [email protected] before 5pm on Friday, 19 May.
