A crime scene has been declared after a 56-year-old man was found deceased in Dolphin Heads today, 17 July.
Police and emergency services were called to an Ian Wood Drive address around 3:12 pm following a welfare check request.
The man was found non-responsive in the yard of the property and declared deceased at the scene.
A crime scene has been declared as investigations into the circumstances of his death continue.
