Police are investigating the death of man outside a residence at Labrador this morning.
Around 5.40am police were called by members of the public after a middle-aged man was located collapsed outside a house at Whiting Street.
Emergency services attended but the man died at the scene.
A 48-year-old man is assisting police with their enquiries.
Investigations are ongoing.
