Police are appealing for information following the suspicious sudden death of a man in Manly West this morning, 28 September.
Officers were called to a shopping centre on Trevally Crescent around 2.47am, following reports a man in his 40s had been located with critical injuries.
He was declared deceased upon police arrival.
Members of the public who may have been in the area around the time of the incident, including anyone with relevant CCTV or dashcam vision, is urged to contact police.
This includes vision of anyone walking along Trevally Crescent, Radford Road and Miles Crescent between midnight and 3am this morning.
A 45-year-old man is assisting police with their investigation.
A crime scene has been declared and investigations remain ongoing.
