A crime scene has been declared at Coochin Creek after two people were located deceased in a vehicle this morning.
Around 8am, a man and a child were located deceased inside the vehicle at the Roys Road camping ground.
Their bodies are yet to be formally identified.
At this stage, detectives are treating the death of the child as suspicious and the man's death as non-suspicious.
Investigations are continuing.
