Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs Jake Sullivan met December 13 with Djiboutian President Ismail Omar Guelleh on the margins of the U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit in Washington, DC.
Mr. Sullivan conveyed the importance of the U.S. strategic partnership with Djibouti, thanking President Guelleh in particular for a shared commitment to regional security.
Mr. Sullivan and President Guelleh discussed Djibouti's interest in expanding business partnerships with U.S.-based companies and corporations.
