PWDA is conducting this survey as part of a project called Connection and Safety in our Communities – Disability and LGBTQIA+ Intersectionality.

This project will deliver webinars, resources, and e-Learning activities to promote and support the inclusion of LGBTQIA+ people with disability in our communities and workplaces.

This survey will close on Monday 22 December at 5pm AEDT.

Who can complete this survey?

LGBTQIA+ people with disability who are currently living in Australia can complete this survey.

About this survey

We have made this survey to understand your personal experiences as an LGBTQIA+ person with disability.

This survey has three (3) sections

  1. About you
  2. Workplace inclusion and accessibility
  3. Self-advocacy, storytelling and intersectionality.

The information and ideas you share will help us develop the webinars, resources and eLearning activities.

How long will the survey take?

There are 28 questions. It will take about 20-25 minutes to complete. Some questions are required and some are optional. An asterisk (*) means an answer is required.
