Suspected stolen property located, Wynnum

Police are hoping to reunite up to $150,000 worth of unique property suspected of being stolen with its rightful owners.

The property, most of which is believed to be rare and valuable items, was seized during a raid on an address in Wynnum on February 28.

Two occupants at the address, a 54-year-old woman and a 61-year-old man, were arrested on drug related offences and are currently assisting police with inquires.

Some of the antique property includes a 1950 camera, commemorative coins, jewellery and historical bank notes.

Police suspect the property is stolen from numerous break-ins across Brisbane over the past ten years.

Police are urging the public to review the images and email [email protected] if they can assist in returning these items to their rightful owners.
