Suspected stolen property seized in Kielvale

Suspected stolen property has been seized after the execution of a Firearms Prohibition Order (FPO) and crime scene warrant at Kielvale on the Far North Coast, NSW Police say.

About 2pm today, Investigators attached to Tweed Heads Criminal Investigation assisted by members of Tweed/Bryon Target Action Group and Tweed Byron Intelligence executed a firearms prohibition order at a residence on Palmvale Road.

During the execution of the warrant investigators identified a stolen Holden Commodore Senator, as well as tools, generators, and industrial equipment suspected of being stolen.

At the time of the warrant, the owner of the property was already in custody for unrelated matters.

He was charged in relation to an outstanding warrant and refused bail and appeared at Tweed Heads Local Court today.
