Caloundra detectives investigating a suspicious fire which occurred at a Balmoral Ridge business this morning have released CCTV of a man who they believe can assist with inquiries, Queensland Police say.
Police attended the premises on the corner of Beechwood and Ranger roads around 4.20am after reports of flames coming from the factory.
The fire spread from the front of the premises to a downstairs office area, causing structural damage.
No one was physically injured as a result of the fire.
Investigators have released images of a man who may be able to assist police with their enquiries.
