Detectives have declared two crime scenes in Mackay in relation to the suspicious disappearance of a 71-year-old man from Mackay this month.
Wayne Pedro Morseu's out of character disappearance was first reported to police on 10 November.
Yesterday afternoon, 27 November, investigations led detectives to believe this disappearance is suspicious.
Investigations led to two crime scenes being declared at a River Street address and a Griffin Street address.
Officers remain at the properties as investigations continue.
Police and family hold significant concerns for his welfare as he has not contacted anyone since his disappearance.
Anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts or information about the missing person is urged to contact police immediately.
Wayne is described as First Nations with a slim build, grey hair and brown eyes.
Investigations are ongoing.
