Suspicious house fire at Kilburn, SA

Police are investigating a suspicious house fire at Kilburn this morning, according to SA Police.

Police and fire crews were called to reports of a fire at a vacant premises in Nelson Street, Kilburn just before 6.30am on Monday 11 September.

The fire spread to the adjoining maisonette, which was also vacant, and caused extensive damage to both properties before being extinguished by fire crews.

There were no injuries.

There fire is believed to have been deliberately lit.
