Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Tansu Biyik.
A warrant has been issued for the 37-year-old's arrest in relation to theft, assaults and driving related offences.
Police have released an image of Biyik in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Biyik last resided in Broadmeadows and is also known to frequent Fawkner and Reservoir.
