Taskforce Echo detectives seize firearms and drugs in Melbourne's south-east

Task Force Echo detectives arrested five people with links to the Comanchero Outlaw Motorcycle Gang and seized firearms and drugs in Melbourne’s south-east early this morning, Victoria Police say.

Police executed warrants about 5.30am at Everitt Street Dandenong, Power Road Doveton, Lighthorse Crescent Narre Warren South, Vivien Street Dandenong and Princes Way Longwarry.

Six firearms, cash and drugs believed to be cocaine and steroids were seized.

Two men aged 25 and 30 and a 21-year-old woman all from Dandenong, a 32-year-old Doveton man and a 32-year-old Narre Warren South man were all arrested at the scene.

They are currently assisting police with their enquiries.

The community can be assured and confident that Victoria Police will continue its strong focus on any criminal activities associated with rival Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs and any other groups.
