Taskforce Falcon Nabs Six, Seizes $12M in Crime Crackdown

Taskforce Falcon detectives have charged six people and seized more than $12 million in assets during a day of action under Strike Force Kersley targeting an Organised Criminal Network.

From about 6am on Tuesday 2 December 2025, nearly 150 staff – led by strike force detectives and supported by Raptor Squad, South West, North West and Central Metropolitan Regions, as well as the NSW Crime Commission (NSWCC) – executed multiple warrants and FPO compliance checks across Sydney.

Detectives executed 10 warrants at various locations including Merrylands, Barangaroo, East Hills, Georges Hall, Sydney's CBD, Bankstown, Wetherill Park, and North Sydney.

A total of 11 Firearm Prohibition Order (FPO) compliance check searches were also carried out in Barangaroo, Roselands, Merrylands, North Sydney, Concord, Bankstown and Millers Point.

Six people were arrested:

- At an address in Georges Hall, police arrested a 35-year-old man. He was taken to Bankstown Police Station, where he was charged with three counts of supply prohibited drug >indictable &

- In Bankstown, police arrested a 38-year-old man. He was taken to Bankstown Police Station, where he was charged with two counts of use prohibited weapon contrary to prohibition order. He was refused bail and appeared in Bankstown Local Court the same day.

- At an address in Wetherill Park, police arrested a 28-year-old woman. She was taken to Cabramatta Police Station, where she was charged with use false document to influence exercise of public duty, and two counts of fail to comply digital evidence access order direction. She was granted conditional bail to appear in Fairfield Local Court on Wednesday 14 January 2026.

- At an address in Barangaroo, police arrested a 27-year-old man. He was taken to Day Street Police Station, where he was charged with supply prohibited drug >indictable &

- In Bankstown, police arrested a 22-year-old man. He was taken to Bankstown Police Station, where he was charged with possess unauthorised pistol, supply prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis, and supply prohibited drug >indictable &

- In San Souci, police arrested a 27-year-old woman. She was taken to Bankstown Police Station, where she was charged with possess or use a prohibited weapon without permit. She was granted conditional bail to appear in Bankstown Local Court on Thursday 11 December 2025.

During the warrants, police located and seized mobile phone and devices, approximately $21,000 cash, numerous luxury watches and jewellery items, prohibited weapons, prohibited drugs and other restricted substances.

The NSWCC seized a 2013 Rolls Royce Ghost valued at $600,000, a Lamborghini 724 Huracan valued at $600,000 and a 2024 BMW XM valued at $300,000.

The NSWCC also commenced asset confiscation against the 35-year-old Georges Hall man, with restraining and unexplained wealth orders served to the value of $12.4 million.
