Tasmania's Student Future: Major Projects Begin

The Tasmanian Government is getting on with the job of delivering the new and upgraded education facilities that students and school staff deserve.

Work is underway across the state on major school upgrades as part of our School Building Blitz.

Architects have now been appointed for the following projects:

Minister for Education, Jo Palmer, said project working groups have been established, and work is well underway to develop master plans and scope of works for each site.

"The Liberal Government is delivering for Tasmanian students, staff and school communities," Minister Palmer said.

"We're continuing our strong record of delivering world-class educational facilities that our students need to grow and thrive.

"We know that providing the best possible facilities for our students and staff supports quality teaching and learning, which is why our Government is continuing to deliver record investment in education infrastructure."
