Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Teck Wong.
The 26-year-old is wanted on warrants in relation to trafficking drugs of dependence.
Wong is described as being approximately 175cm tall with a slim build and dark hair.
He is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD, Southbank, and the eastern suburbs.
Investigators have released an image of Wong in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
